Orders may be placed using the online shopping cart. You will be notified of your order status via email. There are a variety of payment options on the shopping cart, including, in addition to using a credit card, paying with Paypal or by money order.

Be sure to include your name, address, and form of payment*, along
with the product item number(s) you are ordering. *Please note that some email servers are not secure and that sending your credit card information in that manner can put your account at risk for fraud. Spirit of '76 Collectibles advises against sending credit card numbers via email, and encourages customers to call in orders where the form of payment is a credit card. If your form of payment is a check or money order, but you would still like to place the order through email in the interest of time, please use the email addres above and mail your payment to us.

FORM OF PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, check, money order and, of course, Spirit of '76 Collectibles gift certificates. Please
be advised that payment by check will delay the shipping of your
order by 5-7 business days. Otherwise, orders are generally shipped
within 5 business days. Make checks and money order payable to
Spirit of '76 Collectibles.
ORDERING A GIFT?:
We'll even include a gift card at no charge. Just let us know what comments
you want in the card and we'll add it to the shipment.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
We do allow customers to return products within 14 days of purchase, with the exception of all artwork sold. Artwork is considered a FINAL SALE and may not be returned under any circumstances. No item(s) may be returned after 14 days of purchase unless authorized by an employee of Spirit of '76 Collectibles. Customer must present the original receipt at the time of the return to receive full credit of item(s). If the customer cannot produce the receipt, Spirit of '76 Collectibles reserves the right to refuse a returned item and grant a refund or store credit. If the customer does not have the original receipt and Spirit of '76 Collectibles agrees to accept the returned item, the customer will ONLY recieve in-store credit; credit cards, cash or check will not be refunded without original receipt. The above statements are subject to the condition of the item(s) being returned, and above all else, are at the sole discretion of Spirit of '76 Collectibles. Item(s) must be completely intact and in original unopened, undamaged packing to be considered for return.
Mail order customers returning items will be subject to the above policy. Also, customers returning mail order items will be responsible for shipping cost, unless pre-authorized by Spirit of '76 Collectibles. Refunds on mail order items exclude shipping costs and will only be given for the item(s) being returned.
